Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping at Trending with Jiva. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required (invoice/email).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order Kurtis

  • Items bought during final sale/clearance

  • Damaged products caused by improper use, washing, or alteration


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at 📧 trendingwithjiva@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and steps.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at trendingwithjiva@gmail.com within the 7-day window.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellations will not be accepted once the order is processed.
